Dec 13 I bring in a working and strong VW SportWagon which is still under warranty until Dec 29th to check an intermittent EPC sensor light on the Dash. My daughter brought the car in to be serviced while she was home for winter break. 7 weeks later, on Jan 28th I had AAA tow away a broken non running car which the dealership sat on.

There's a legendary tire story regarding Nordstrom that illustrates how to do customer service the right way. Unfortunately, NoHo VW appears to 'talk the talk', but refuses to 'walk the walk'.
