I had a very good sales experience with Northampton Volkswagen in general and specifically with my salesperson Mark Flynn, who made the process very comfortable and easy. He was very knowledgable regarding the Volkswagen line and took his time to explain the features of the Toureg I was interested in and ultimately purchased. Excellent service was continued following the sale with a thorough introduction of the details of the car and on a return vist for installation of a roof rack and inspection sticker which were done on time as promised with courtesy shuttle. Northampton VW is very close to where we live, and after test driving a new Jetta, I was hooked.
